I am currently an undergraduate student in the College of Computer Science at Zhejiang University, P. R. China and part time working in the Advanced Computer and System Lab. My current research interests are primarily in the field of Human-computer interaction and computer vision, and my advisor is Dr. PAN Gang.
I had a great time as an ERASMUS student in the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at Czech Technical University in Prague in fall 2007, during which period I discovered my interest at photography due to an old LOMO Smena 8M I found by chance at a second-hand camera shop.
I used to work in the world's largest student organization called AIESEC, both in local committees of Zhejiang University and Economics University in Prague. I have participated in several conferences, and elected OCP of AIESEC Praha.
Apart from photography, my personal interests include music, films and languages. I am among very few Chinese who are able to give self introduction in Czech language, and my friend Vaclav is one of very few Czech who can speak Chinese. As for traveling, I have summarized my thoughts on a perfect travel in my blog post based on my personal experience, originally in Chinese, and I found it impossible to translate it into English without losing meaning.
